Are you ready to order?

Well, there are a few things you should know first.   First, we do charge for shipping and handling.  Here are the prices:

If you are in UK, Mexico and Canada add $5.50 (US) to the above fees. If you are outside of the United States, Mexico and Canada, S&H charges are done per order.  Please inquire.

You can order in three ways:

1. You can just write down and send in the comics that you would like to order (see next paragraph).  If you do this, please put alternates down in case we sell out of your desired comic books.  You may request a refund for the difference as well. 
2. you can E-mail (sales21@copper-head.com) us a copy your order form, and we'll put aside your order so that we can reserve those comics for when your check comes in.
3. you can E-mail (sales21@copper-head.com) us a copy your order form.  Then, pay using a credit card through PayPal, using the button below.  (We can also email you a PayPal invoice.  Please request this in your mail or email.) 

You can use three different forms.  First, you can click for an HTML form and print it.  You can also download a Word Document.

Furthermore:

1. WE only accept PayPal, check or money order at this time.
2. Please insert your E-Mail account so that we can confirm your order.
3. You have 30 days to send your comics back in from the time we sent them to you.  IF you go over this time, and still would like to return them, E-mail us (service16@copper-head.com).  We'll try to work with you.   One exception to this rule is that you can not return A comic in worse shape (Grade) than it was.
4. Please allow 4 weeks after confirmation for delivery.
5. Orders will not be sent out until Payment clears.
6. If you are unhappy with anything give us an E-mail and let us fix it.
7. We are currently working on a checkout cart program.  When we started, the programs that we could use couldn't really handle the number of unique inventory items that we had.  We gave up, and now are playing catch up.  We are sorry for this inconvenience, but in the meantime we have two calculators that you can use: our own Reverse Polish Notation Style (HP) or if you are not used to that you can use the standard microsoft calculator.
